Mal recounts his unlikely passion for refurbishing his 1950 Vincent Rapide motorcycle and setting world land speed records on salt flats or dry lakes. He also acknowledges the efforts of his dedicated racing team without whom such achievements are impossible.
Mal and the Vincent Racing Team have broken national and world speed records in the vintage motorcycle class on the salt flats of Lake Gairdner in South Australia and the Bonneville Salt Flats in the USA.
